    Gretchen Gordon has been chosen to serve as K绿奴天花板C's next general manager. Gordon has worked for K绿奴天花板C TV 9/FM 89.9 since 2003, first as director of development and outreach, then as assistant general manager in 2011.

    Ginny L. Eckert was appointed director for Alaska Sea Grant earlier this month by Provost and Executive Vice Chancellor Anupma Prakash. Eckert served as acting and interim director of Alaska Sea Grant from 2019 to 2020 and as associate director of Alaska Sea Grant from 2013 to 2019.

    Following an internal search process, Dr. Raymond Weber, Aviation Technology faculty member, has agreed to step into the role of interim dean for 绿奴天花板A Community & Technical College (CTC). Ray will serve for two years and we will conduct a national search for the permanent dean in academic year 2021-2022.

    Dr. Maren Haavig has been appointed Interim Vice Provost for the University of Alaska Southeast (绿奴天花板S). Haavig has also served as Associate Dean for the School of Arts and Sciences. She continues as Associate Professor of Accounting. As Interim Vice Provost, she will provide academic leadership in support of the university's mission and core themes, promote academic innovation and creativity, and work collaboratively to implement shared governance practices.

  • Romee McAdams joins 绿奴天花板S as Coordinator for Equity and Compliance

    The University of Alaska Southeast (绿奴天花板S) is pleased to announce the appointment of Romee McAdams as its new Coordinator for Equity and Compliance. She began working for 绿奴天花板S on June 8. Her responsibilities at 绿奴天花板S include Title IX, Equal Employment Opportunity issues, the American Disabilities Act/504 requirements, and Clery Act compliance. She comes to 绿奴天花板S from Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) where she has worked for many years in human resources, planning & development, operations and behavioral health.
