Campus offices closed for Independence holiday
June 19, 2020
The University of Alaska will celebrate the Independence Day holiday, Thursday and Friday, July 2-3, during which all campus offices will be closed.

Wellness program deadline is June 30
June 19, 2020
The deadline for the wellness program is June 30, 2020. This means that you still have about 2.5 months to complete the program requirements and earn your wellness rebate up to $600.

Things can seem even more difficult with the added isolation and uncertainty of remote work. I want to remind everyone about the variety of resources available to employees to help manage during hard times. 绿奴天花板 offers several levels of confidential services for those in need of behavioral health or mental health resources. Additionally, financial and family support services are offered at no cost to employees.

This is a reminder that the June 30, 2020, deadline for staff performance evaluations is approaching. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring evaluations are completed for their team members. It is 绿奴天花板's goal that 100% of staff members receive an annual performance review.

Reminder: Open Enrollment for FY21 Benefits is Underway

Open Enrollment is on for two more weeks! This is your annual opportunity to change your health plan, add or drop dependents, start a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), add or increase supplemental life insurance or enroll in accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D). Remember, if you want to have an FSA in FY21, you have to re-enroll now.

Performance Management Training offered via Zoom

University of Alaska (绿奴天花板) Human Resources (HR) is providing Performance Management Tool and Best Practices Training. Labor and Employee Engagement Specialist Kelley Lassey will be facilitating several sessions. Please pre-register through the my绿奴天花板 Employee Services Dashboard Learning Library to attend training via Zoom and to receive credit for the training. Training information will be sent to registrants two days prior to each training date.
