myCare Alaska Update

Due to low utilization, myCare Alaska will no longer be offered as a telemedicine provider by Premera beginning January 1, 2025. Members who have used myCare Alaska will be contacted 60 days prior to its sunset and will be provided with details on transitioning to Doctor on Demand or finding other care solutions that meet their needs. The University will still have access to Doctor on Demand, local telemedicine providers, and the 24-hour nurse hotline. Review our website to learn about virtual care options.
