Whether you're a supervisor or an employee, timesheets must be submitted and approved to ensure everyone is paid on time. But what happens when the supervisor is unavailable? That's where assigning a proxy can help keep things on track.

For Supervisors:

If you're out of the office or unavailable during payroll submission, you can assign a proxy in ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åOnline to approve timesheets on your behalf. Here's how:

  1. Log in to ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åOnline, navigate to Employee Services, and select Proxy Set Up.
  2. Choose a trusted colleague from the list as your proxy. They can review and approve timesheets for your employees until you return.
  3. Both the supervisor (or proxy) and a second person must sign the timesheet for it to be valid.

For Employees:

If you forgot to submit your timesheet or were unable to, your supervisor or their proxy can start and submit it on your behalf to avoid missing a pay cycle. However, restricted funds employees are not eligible for this option, so make sure to complete your timesheet on time.
