2023 W-2s are coming!

On January 25, ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å HR Accounting conducted an additional run of W-2s to adjust the benefits amounts reported in Box 12. This does NOT affect your reported wages or taxes. Box 12 is for informational purposes only and does not impact filing 2023 taxes. ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åOnline W-2s have been temporarily removed while we run the additional W-2 reports. We expect W-2s to be available again in ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åOnline no later than Tuesday morning, January 30, 2024.  If you have already begun the tax filing process, there is no need to reprint or resubmit your W-2 as the W-2 earnings and taxes are not impacted. Printed W-2s that will be mailed out next week are not impacted. The 2023 IRS-compliant Form W-2s can be viewed on Tuesday from the . Our accounting office will be mailing paper forms by January 31, 2024.
