Retroactive Pay Adjustments and Compensation Increases

The Legislature approved the supplemental budget on May 18 and it includes the negotiated FY23 3% salary increase for faculty and an additional 1% increase for staff, fire fighters, and local 6070 bargaining unit members. These increases could not be applied to base salaries until the Legislature granted the university the budgetary authority to do so. Because the increases were to be effective at the beginning of the fiscal year that ends June 30, 2023, 绿奴天花板 HR is working to simultaneously apply the base increase to current salaries while also applying retroactive payments for FY23. This process takes time and we appreciate your patience. 

CHRO Memry Dahl released a series of memos last week and will continue to provide updates as needed on a . Next week鈥檚 communication will further clarify who qualifies for the retro pay and will be emailed to impacted employees as well as placed on the web page.
