August 30 Deadline for Employees Who Submitted I-9s Remotely

Employees who were hired by the university during the COVID-19 pandemic submitted their I-9 form and supporting documents, which were verified remotely. We are now required to physically verify documents by asking impacted employees to complete a new I-9 form no later than August 30, 2023. Email notifications went out to over 1,600 employees on Friday, August 11, 2023, along with an individualized email from LawLogix, 绿奴天花板鈥檚 new online I-9 platform. 

Reminder emails will go out next two Mondays to those that have not had their I-9 documents physically verified. Your department HR Coordinator and 绿奴天花板 HR will be notified when your I-9 is complete. We will only reach back out to you if there are any corrections required or if your I-9 is not complete.
