Rizk came to Alaska in 1982 when her father was transferred with the United States Air Force. She grew up in North Pole and is a 1997 graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks (ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åF) where she received a bachelor’s degree in international business and Spanish. She later completed her master's of business administration at ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åF. In 2013 she was recognized as one of the Alaska Journal of Commerce's "Top Forty under 40" recipients. Rizk and her husband Anthony have two sons, Kobe and Drew. She enjoys running in her free time.
