ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å Foundation welcomes Kandace Welch

Gift Manager, ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å Foundation

Kandace Welch has joined the ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å Foundation as a Gift Manager with Fund and Gift Services. She is located in Fairbanks, and helps to coordinate gift processing for all university gifts donated locally. Prior to joining the ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å Foundation, Welch worked at the Center for Excellence in Higher Education for 15 years.

Welch was born in Missoula, Montana but moved to Washington and then Alaska as a child.  She has lived in Fairbanks off and on since 1990. Welch received her Bachelors of Arts in History with a minor in business administration from Brigham Young University in 2007, and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åF.

Welch has 5 daughters all with diverse interests, so they do lots of fun family activities ranging from movie and game nights, to soccer and local theater productions.
